The victim’s mother expressed dissatisfaction with this decision and filed for reconsideration with the High Prosecutor’s Office.
After review, the High Prosecutor’s Office deemed the investigation incomplete and has revoked the decision not to charge, ordering the Shilin prosecutors to continue their inquiry.
