台大資管系高材生林睿庠，19歲創立毒品暗網平台「隱身市場」，撮合全球毒品交易，非法獲利逾30億台幣。他透過類似電商平台的設計，提供毒品銷售排行榜、客訴等功能，迅速壯大規模。
他於去年在紐約遭FBI逮捕，目前已認罪並供出共犯，或有機會減刑。台灣檢調亦查扣其台北豪宅及虛擬幣等資產，總值超過2億元，震驚社會各界。
NTU Genius Built Drug Dark Web, Earned 3 Billion, Arrested in U.S.
Lin Rui-Siang, a top student from NTU’s Information Management Department, started the dark web platform “Incognito Market” at 19 years old. The platform helped drug deals worldwide, gaining illegal profits over NT$3 billion. The platform worked like an online shopping site, with features like drug sales rankings and customer service.
Last year, Lin was arrested by the FBI in New York. He admitted to his crimes and gave information about others involved, which may reduce his sentence. In Taiwan, authorities seized his assets, including a luxury home and virtual currencies worth over NT$200 million, shocking the public.

台北地檢署於5月26日偵辦威京集團旗下中石化子公司鼎越公司，以溢價30億元標下京華城土地案。檢調發現，鼎越透過中石化增資參與交易，完成後京華城減資。
部分資金疑流入香港公司解決集團主席沈慶京私人債務。檢調約談22人，包括中石化董事長陳瑞隆等多名高層依序交保並限制出境。案件持續調查中。
Living Mall Transactions Involved Irregular Practices, Multiple Senior Executives of CPDC Released on Bail
On May 26, the Taipei District Prosecutors Office investigated Ding-Yue Development Corporation (DYDC),a subsidiary of China Petrochemical Development Corporation (CPDC) under the Core Pacific Group, for buying Living Mall land at a NT$3 billion premium. They found that DYDC used CPDC’s funds for the deal, and after it was done, Living Mall reduced its capital.
Some of the money is suspected to have gone to a Hong Kong company to pay off Group Chairman Sheen, Ching-Jing’s personal debts. Prosecutors questioned 22 people, including CDPC Chairman Chen Ruey-long, who was released on bail and banned from leaving the country. The investigation is ongoing.

新台幣兌美元匯率受國際美元走弱及出口商月底拋匯影響，於5月26日早盤迅速突破30元整數關卡，終場收在29.935元，升8.8分，睽違2年多再次站上29元。
外匯交易員指出，央行近期透過盤中調節及提醒出口商分散拋匯，讓匯率呈現緩升而非急升，成功避免市場恐慌。新台幣在亞幣普遍升值的隊伍中穩步前進，漲幅0.29%，也算在市場意料之中。
New Taiwan Dollar Back to 29 Mark After Over Two Years
On May 26, the New Taiwan Dollar (NTD) strengthened against the US Dollar due to a weaker international US Dollar and exporters selling foreign exchange at the end of the month. The NTD quickly broke through the 30 mark in early trading and closed at 29.935, rising by 0.088 NT dollars, returning to the 29 level after more than two years.
Foreign exchange traders said the Central Bank adjusted the market during trading and reminded exporters to spread out their foreign exchange sales. This helped the NTD rise slowly instead of sharply, avoiding market panic. The NTD gained 0.29% and moved steadily along with other rising Asian currencies, which was expected by the market.
