第一則：EZWay禁境外IP 海外網購回台恐卡關
海外網購實名認證APP「EZWay」宣布，因不法集團冒名包裹問題嚴重，自6月20日起禁止境外IP連線使用，包含實名認證及委任作業，皆需回到境內才能操作。若人在國外，如在日本購買淘寶商品，貨物恐會卡關。
官方表示，此舉為防堵不法集團盜用個資，不會影響一般用戶的海外網購，建議長期旅居海外者，可改以紙本申報，或請國內親友協助報關。
EZWay Bans Overseas IPs: Online Shopping to Taiwan Might Get Stuck
The real-name authentication app for overseas online shopping, “EZWay,” announced that starting June 20, it will block overseas IP connections due to serious problems with fake parcels from fraud groups. This includes real-name verification and authorization tasks, which must be done in Taiwan. If you are abroad, such as buying Taobao items in Japan, your goods might get stuck.
Officials said this is to stop fraud groups from stealing personal information and will not affect regular users’ online shopping. People living abroad for a long time are advised to use paper declarations or ask friends or family in Taiwan to help with customs.
第二則：日本護衛艦再度通過台海 反制中國挑釁
日本海上自衛隊護衛艦「高波號」於6月12日通過台灣海峽，並參與6月14日與菲律賓海軍在南海的聯合演習。
日媒指出，此舉可能是為反制中國戰機於6月7日及8日異常接近日本巡邏機的挑釁行徑，當時日方巡邏機正在監視中國航空母艦。這是日本自衛隊船艦繼去年9月及今年2月後，第3度穿越台海，顯示國際對台海局勢的高度關注。
Japanese Destroyer Passes Through Taiwan Strait Again to Respond to Chinese Actions
The Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force Destroyer “Takanami” passed through the Taiwan Strait on June 12 and joined a joint exercise with the Philippine Navy in the South China Sea on June 14.
Japanese media said this move was likely to respond to Chinese fighter jets’ actions on June 7 and 8, when they came very close to Japanese patrol planes. At that time, the patrol planes were watching the Chinese Aircraft Carrier. This is the third time since September last year and February this year that Japanese destroyers have passed through the Taiwan Strait, showing the world’s growing concern about the situation in the region.
第三則：挪威媒體專訪蕭美琴：能屈能伸的「台灣戰貓」
挪威國家廣播公司（NRK）於6月18日專訪副總統蕭美琴，讚揚她是亞洲最具影響力的女性之一，並稱她為「台灣戰貓」，以像貓一般靈活且堅韌的外交風格應對中國富攻擊性的戰狼外交。
蕭美琴解釋，台灣展現出的彈性和韌性就像貓一樣能屈能伸，展現台灣的生存智慧。她也呼籲歐洲國家支持台灣自由，強調「沒有國家小到不值得擁有自由」。
Norwegian Media Interviews Hsiao Bi-khim: The Flexible and Resilient "Taiwan’s Cat Warrior"
On June 18, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) interviewed Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim, praising her as one of the most influential women in Asia and calling her the “Taiwan’s Cat Warrior.” She uses a diplomatic style that is as flexible and strong as a cat to deal with China’s aggressive “wolf warrior” diplomacy.
Hsiao explained that Taiwan’s flexibility and strength are like a cat’s ability to adapt and endure, showcasing Taiwan’s wisdom for survival. She also urged European countries to support Taiwan’s freedom, saying, “No country is too small to deserve freedom.”
第四則：央行利率連五凍 台幣升值預期應可消除
對於新台幣匯率升值，外界關心中央銀行是否會降息抑制新台幣升勢。央行總裁楊金龍於6月19日表示，下半年因美國關稅不確定性消除，加上上半年提前拉貨，導致經濟成長趨緩、出口降溫，應可消除市場對新台幣升值的預期。
同日，央行決議貼放利率「連五凍」。楊金龍強調，目前無降息規劃，若經濟成長惡化，才會考慮降息，但目前沒有出現這樣的情況。
Central Bank Freezes Interest Rates for the Fifth Time; Rise of NTD Expected to Slow
There are concerns about whether the Central Bank will lower interest rates to slow down the strengthening of the New Taiwan Dollar. On June 19, Central Bank Governor Yang Chin-long said that with U.S. tariff uncertainties easing in the second half of the year and advance stocking in the first half, economic growth has slowed, and exports have cooled. This should reduce expectations of further strengthening of the New Taiwan Dollar.
On the same day, the Central Bank decided to keep interest rates unchanged for the fifth time. Yang said there are no plans to lower interest rates now, and rate cuts will only be considered if economic growth gets worse, but this has not happened yet.
第五則：全台薪資排行出爐 新竹市成最賺縣市
根據2024年底的最新統計，全台薪資排行中，新竹市以平均月薪七萬三千多元穩居第一，新竹縣則以五萬七千多元排名第二，台北市以五萬三千多元名列第三。而排名最後的彰化縣，僅有三萬五千多元，不到新竹市的一半。
過去三年中，新竹縣的薪資成長率達到16.86%，是漲幅最快的縣市。相較之下，中南部及花東地區因資源較少，成長較為緩慢，反映出台灣城鄉薪資的差距。
Taiwan Salary Rankings Released: Hsinchu City Earns the Most
According to the latest statistics at the end of 2024, Hsinchu City ranks first in Taiwan’s salary rankings with an average monthly salary of over 73,000 NT dollars. Hsinchu County comes in second with over 57,000 NT dollars, and Taipei City is third with over 53,000 NT dollars. At the bottom is Changhua County, with only about 35,000 NT dollars, which is less than half of Hsinchu City’s salary.
In the past three years, Hsinchu County’s salary grew by 16.86%, the fastest in Taiwan. In comparison, the central and southern regions, as well as Hualien and Taitung, grew more slowly due to fewer resources, showing the wage gap between cities and rural areas in Taiwan.
