第一則:總統幕僚穿軍服惹議 總統府回應未違法

Presidential Aides Wearing Military Uniform Sparks Controversy; Presidential Office Says No Laws Were Broken

總統賴清德於7月18日視察「漢光41號演習」,有幕僚身穿迷彩服隨行,引發爭議。

On July 18, President Lai Ching-te inspected the “Han Kuang 41” military exercise. Some of his aides wore camouflage uniforms while accompanying him, which caused controversy.

總統辦公室陳羿伶公開軍服照後,遭質疑高調,軍事專家更指出,文職幕僚穿軍服恐已觸犯《陸海空軍刑法》。

Chen Yi-ling, Director-General of the Presidential Office, posted photos of the aides in uniform. This drew criticism for being too showy. Military experts also said that civilian aides wearing military uniforms might have violated military law.

對此,總統府發言人郭雅慧於7月19日回應,幕僚穿軍服是配合國防部安排,無違反相關法規。

In response, on July 19, Presidential Office spokesperson Kuo Ya-hui said the aides wore the uniforms as arranged by the Ministry of National Defense. No laws were broken.

她也強調,不應以性別或職稱質疑參與者角色,而應聚焦國防演訓的專業本質。

Kuo added that people should not question participants based on gender or job title. Instead, the focus should be on the professionalism of the military exercise.

NTNU Blood Test Controversy Continues, International Journal to Retract Paper

台師大女足「抽血換學分」爭議延燒,涉不當人體試驗、違反研究倫理與法律。

The controversy over NTNU women’s soccer team’s “blood test for course credits” is still ongoing. It involves improper human testing and violations of research ethics and laws.

《運動科學與醫學》期刊7月19日證實,因研究過程違反倫理,將撤下教練周台英與教授陳忠慶共同發表的論文。

On July 19, the Journal of Sports Science and Medicine confirmed it will retract the paper by coach Chou Tai-ying and professor Chen Chung-ching because of ethical problems in the research process.

周台英坦承委託無照人員抽血,學界直指此舉不但違法,若公費流向無照者,更恐涉及刑責。

Chou admitted to hiring unlicensed people to take blood samples. Experts say this is illegal. If public money was paid to unlicensed workers, criminal charges may follow.

檢方預計7月21日起約談相關人員,也將傳受害女足隊員作證,釐清是否違反相關法規。

Prosecutors plan to start questioning related people on July 21. They will also call the affected soccer players to testify to check if any laws were broken.

第三則:前全聯總裁表態力挺大罷免

Former PX Mart President Supports Major Recall Campaign

前全聯總裁徐重仁於7月20日深夜透過臉書發文,呼籲民眾積極參與7月26日的罷免投票。

Former President of PX Mart, Hsu Chung-Jen, posted on Facebook late on July 20. He urged people to actively join the recall vote on July 26.

他指出,部分在野勢力罔顧程序且立場親中,已嚴重危及台灣民主與國家主權。

He pointed out that certain opposition factions have disregarded procedural justice and adopted a pro-China stance, which seriously endangers Taiwan’s democracy and national sovereignty.

他強調,罷免是人民對民意代表的制度監督,應以選票表達意志。

Hsu stressed that recall is a system for people to supervise their representatives. Voters should use their ballots to show their will.

徐重仁呼籲選民透過合法程序行使權利,共同守護國家未來。

He called on voters to use legal ways to protect the country’s future together.

She points out that AI gives steady responses and can offer a feeling of “unconditional support.” This helps ease emotions and reduce stress quickly. However, AI cannot replace the depth and professionalism of therapy.

曾麗心建議,AI應作為輔助工具,搭配專業心理師協助,提升治療效果與自我照顧能力。

Zeng suggests using AI as a helpful tool, combined with professional psychologists. This can improve treatment results and self-care skills.
