資安界於8月7日揭露，勒索軟體集團Devman在暗網公布4家台灣企業為最新攻擊目標。
On August 7, cybersecurity experts revealed that the ransomware group Devman named four Taiwanese companies as their latest targets on the dark web.
駭客聲稱掌握數百GB資料，向企業開價最高600萬美元，作為不洩漏資料的交換條件。
Hackers claim to have obtained hundreds of gigabytes of data and are demanding up to $6 million from companies in exchange for not leaking the information.
專家表示，駭客隱去企業全名，利用模糊資訊激起焦慮，使企業彼此猜忌，加強心理操控效果。
Experts say the hackers hide the full company names and use vague details to create fear and make companies doubt each other, increasing psychological pressure.
資安公司提醒，此類勒索攻擊已升級為複合資訊戰，企業應導入零信任架構與防禦演練，應對新型攻擊模式。
Cybersecurity firms warn that these ransomware attacks have evolved into hybrid information warfare. They advise companies to adopt a zero-trust architecture and conduct defense drills to counter these new forms of attack.
第三則：有望普發1萬？政院將提特別預算
Special Budget Proposal May Include Universal $10,000 Cash Payout
賴總統於8月6日表示，行政院將依立法院通過的特別條例提出特別預算案，送交立法院審議。
On August 6, President Lai said the Executive Yuan will submit a special budget proposal based on the special act passed by the Legislative Yuan.
該特別條例版本包含全民普發現金1萬元，賴總統的發言被視為政策推進的訊號。
The special act version includes a universal cash payout of NT$10,000. President Lai’s remarks are seen as a sign the policy will move forward.
政院已擬定三套方案，包括普發1萬元、調整發放額度，以及可能提出釋憲。

執行長金範錫表示，第三季成長加速，年底有望超越PChome。酷澎今年預計虧損超過5億美元，用於擴大市占。
CEO Bom Kim said growth will pick up even more in the third quarter, with hopes to overtake PChome by the end of the year. Coupang expects a loss of more than $500 million this year as it invests to gain market share.
同日，富邦媒公布第二季財報，營收與淨利連兩季下滑。公司避開價格戰，主攻mo店＋與聯播網，努力吸引新客。
Meanwhile, momo posted lower revenue and net profit for the second quarter in a row. The company avoids price wars and focuses on mo stores and partner networks to win new customers.

Despite the decline in performance, momo’s overall revenue remains several times higher than Coupang’s, showing that its steady business strategy has strong resilience.
