第一則:賴清德大換血 國安團隊全面更新

總統賴清德於9月1日宣布國安會與總統府新任人事,任命即日起生效。新副秘書長包括趙怡翔與李問,兩人都具有外交與戰略背景,過去在國際事務中皆表現卓越,深獲肯定。

賴清德同時任命徐斯儉與劉得金為國安會諮詢委員,並安排鄭俊昇出任總統府副秘書長。發言人郭雅慧表示,總統期盼新團隊能結合專業與創新,強化國安任務,以應對國際與區域挑戰。

Lai Ching-te Announces Major Shake-up in National Security Team

President Lai Ching-te announced new appointments for the National Security Council and the Presidential Office on September 1, with the changes taking effect immediately. The new deputy secretaries-general include Chao Yi-hsiang and Lii Wen. Both have backgrounds in diplomacy and strategy, and they were praised for their outstanding work in international affairs.

At the same time, Lai Ching-te appointed Hsu Szu-chien and Liu Te-chin as advisers to the National Security Council, and named Cheng Chun-sheng as deputy secretary-general of the Presidential Office. Spokesperson Kuo Ya-hui said the president hopes the new team will combine professionalism and innovation, strengthen national security tasks, and respond to international and regional challenges.

第二則:民眾黨走讀衝突 警民爆發衝撞

民眾黨於8月30日在台北舉辦司法改革走讀活動,黨主席黃國昌帶領支持者試圖衝進總統官邸,並與警方爆發激烈衝突,造成8名警員受傷。內政部表示,相關行為涉及妨害公務等罪,已移送北檢偵辦。

同時,內政部也譴責網路上流傳的假訊息,這些訊息透過AI技術變造員警表情,進而擾亂社會視聽,並強調將依法調查散佈者的法律責任。

Clashes Erupt Between Taiwan People’s Party and Police

The Taiwan People’s Party held a judicial reform walk event in Taipei on August 30. Party chairman Huang Kuo-chang led supporters who tried to break into the Presidential Office, resulting in fierce clashes with police that left eight officers injured.The Ministry of the Interior stated that the actions constituted obstruction of official duties and has referred the case to the Taipei District Prosecutors’ Office.

Meanwhile, the ministry condemned online disinformation using AI to alter police officers’ expressions to mislead the public, emphasizing that those spreading it will be held legally responsible.

第三則:輻射地食品解禁 台灣檢驗不鬆綁

衛福部食藥署宣布,將於9月25日全面解除對福島五縣食品的進口限制。這些產品原本因2011年福島核災遭到禁止,如今將改採「雙證管理」與逐批檢驗。

食藥署表示,專家研究顯示風險極低,且多國已恢復正常進口。此次政策標誌著台灣對於日本食品的管理將回歸常態,但仍會持續邊境抽樣檢驗,確保國人健康。

Radiation-Area Food Ban Lifted, Taiwan Keeps Strict Checks

The Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Food and Drug Administration announced that Taiwan will lift all import restrictions on food from five prefectures in Fukushima starting September 25. These products were banned after the 2011 nuclear disaster, but will now be subject to a dual certification system and batch-by-batch inspection.

Taiwan Food And Drug Administration said expert studies show the risk is very low, and many countries have already resumed normal imports. This policy change marks Taiwan’s return to normal management of Japanese food, but border checks will continue to ensure public health.

一睡醒就滑手機?小心焦慮纏身!

近日專家警告,早晨一睜眼就滑手機,將導致「半開機」的大腦瞬間過載。研究發現,起床就滑手機的人壓力荷爾蒙分泌比平常高出23%,容易整天處於焦慮緊繃的狀態。

此外,過度刺激還會造成注意力下降、記憶力減退,並影響睡眠品質。專家建議起床後至少30分鐘不要碰手機,先喝水、伸展或曬太陽,才能讓大腦健康甦醒。

Scrolling Your Phone After Waking Up? Watch Out for Anxiety!

Recently, experts warned that using your phone right after waking up can cause your “half-awake” brain to become instantly overloaded.  Research shows that people who use their phones right after waking have stress hormone levels 23% higher than usual, making them prone to feeling anxious and tense throughout the day.

Additionally, excessive stimulation can lead to decreased attention, impaired memory, and disrupted sleep quality. Experts suggest not touching your phone for at least 30 minutes after waking up. Instead, start your day by drinking water, stretching, or getting some sunlight to allow your brain to wake up healthily.
