Disney and Two Other Studios Sue Chinese AI Firm for Copyright Infringement

Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Universal Pictures sued Chinese AI startup MiniMax in a Los Angeles court. They said its “Hailuo AI” used famous film characters without permission to train AI and create videos for profit, asking for the return of illegal gains and large damages.

2025年雙十國慶煙火於9月16日晚間,在南投貓羅溪畔試放,施放約1,000發、歷時3分鐘,吸引大批民眾與攝影愛好者。五彩煙火點亮夜空,也讓人期待國慶當晚40分鐘、3萬發的正式演出。

南投縣政府表示,此次試放除測試安全與交通管制外,也將改善觀賞環境。縣長許淑華強調,首次承辦國慶慶典是一大挑戰,更希望能藉此帶動觀光。
