NVIDIA’s plan to move into Beitou Shilin Technology Park has hit a delay at sites T17 and T18. Taipei Deputy Mayor Lee Shu-chuan said the city will send an official letter to Shin Kong Life Insurance to start talks on ending the contract by mutual agreement.
The move aims to quickly settle the land lease issue and help NVIDIA move in smoothly. The city will negotiate with Shin Kong Life on fair compensation and work to ease concerns about possible breach of trust.
