U.S. President Donald Trump again mentioned Taiwan during an interview at the White House on November 17. He said the United States foolishly moved chip manufacturing overseas, allowing Taiwan to now produce nearly 100 percent of all chips, calling it “a disgrace.”

Trump emphasized that tariffs have brought chip production back to America and that without tariffs, the U.S. would have been finished. He stated that America will soon reclaim a large share of the chip market and train local workers to rebuild its semiconductor industry.

彰化文雅畜牧場因雞蛋檢出芬普尼代謝物超標,遭移動管制卻仍出貨。台中市政府公布,問題蛋流入5行政區、共35家業者,包括「梧棲行旅」、「永和豆漿」、「拉亞漢堡」等知名店家。

彰化縣府表示,畜主未取得解除管制文件即出貨,封存的25萬顆雞蛋將全數銷毀,並將全面稽查縣內933場蛋雞場,以釐清行政疏失與污染責任。

The Wenya Livestock Farm in Changhua was placed under movement control after its eggs tested positive for fipronil-sulfone but still shipped products. The Taichung City Government announced that the tainted eggs were distributed to 35 businesses across 5 districts, including popular chains such as OURSEA HOTEL, Yonghe Soy Milk, and Laya Burger.
